On the occasion of Vietnam’s National Day (September 2, 2025), TMA Solutions joined hands with Insignary and OSBC to successfully co-organize the 14th OSBC Open Source Conference in Seoul. These are essential principles to guide the safe and sustainable use of AI.Mr. Dung also shared practical solutions to strengthen AI accountability, including the use of model cards to build trust, AI Bills of Materials (AI BOM) to document design and dependencies, and MLOps pipelines to ensure reproducibility and audit readiness. One of the most pressing issues she raised was the challenge of medical data in Vietnam:“Everyone talks about AI, but where is the budget for applying it? Who owns most of our data? After so many years of development, we lost most of the data — especially in Vietnam, where we still do not have a unified EMR system.”She explained that the absence of centralized electronic medical records and standardized frameworks has slowed AI adoption, making it difficult for promising initiatives to scale. On August 7, 2025, SAP announced the opening of a new research and development center in Ho Chi Minh City.
