The Challenge

As AJG scaled its business, the company faced the challenge of developing a new and improved insurance software system to efficiently manage increasing claim volumes.

Our Approach

After initial discovery workshops, we gained deep insights into AJG’s requirements. We then sent two specialists to collaborate closely with AJG’s local team in Australia to develop a detailed requirements document and an implementation strategy. Back in Vietnam, we assembled a team specifically chosen for their skill sets to create a system that integrates seamlessly with AJG’s current operations.

We also advised on several advanced features and explored potential next-generation products to expand their offerings.
